Sciatica
A painful condition where you experience pain down one or both legs. In most cases, the pain can start around your backside and can travel down the leg into your foot. The pain can range from a dull ache to a “stabbing” like sensation.

Acute Back Pain
A new onset of pain in the back, that has not been around for a long time. Typically relating to the joints and muscles in and around the spine and or pelvis. Can come on with no known obvious cause or can be a result of an injury e.g. after lifting, bending or twisting. The pain can range from a general dull (tooth like) ache to a sharp focused pain in the back.
Chronic Back Pain
Back pain that has been around for at least 6 months. Typically has been around for a while and is the result of a few different factors that can be related to wear and tear in the back or just simply lifestyle and bad habits. The pain is generally a dull ache around the back followed by some form of muscle tightness or stiffness.

Mechanical Neck Pain
Neck pain that is related to the joints and muscles of the neck. Can be brought on by a variety of different factors. Usually presents as a tight achy sensation due to the joints and muscles involved in the problem.

Plantar Fasciitis
Foot pain that is common in walkers and runners or simply people who spend a lot of time on their feet. Pain presents around the heel on the sole of the foot or feet. Typically, a very uncomfortable pain in the foot when getting out of bed first thing in the morning.

Frozen Shoulder
A shoulder that has limited movement and can also be painful in or around the shoulder joint. This condition can take a long time to improve.
Cervicogenic Headaches
Headaches that come from issues relating to the spine and muscles around the neck area.

Migraines
Typically a very painful headache, that can cause disruption to everyday life. In most cases affects one side of the head and has recurring episodes which can range from moderate to severe in pain.
