Patient comments and feedback for the clinic
Standards of care
As part of our standards of care, the clinic provides regular questionnaires for patients to complete during and after their treatment program.
These questions are either sent out through care response or through another means called CPAQ. If these questionnaires are completed, the information gathered gives the clinic feedback on how the patient feels like the clinic is performing.
Why do we do this?
The reason why we do this is part of the Royal College of Chiropractor standards of care for patients. This gives patients the chance to feedback information to the clinic which can then be used to implement any necessary changes to the services provided to uphold standards.
Feedback
After certain stages of care, patients can review their experience via an internal questionnaire rating their overall experience out of 5. In our most recent poll of 2022-2023, the clinic scored an Excellent 4.9 out of 5 from 306 internal reviews from our patients.
